The List *to be elaborated bit by bit* Played Schoenburg Chamber Symphony with that eekkie conductor. These performances apparently sounded "F-ing Good" according to the eekkie conductor as she personally -for some reason- thanked me -her arch enemy-. Why do some people bother to go into something they aren't good at? I have no idea. Played 4 other series with other conductors. We sounded like we should but still very boring performances, the luncheons & meetings were more exciting than the rehearsals. Sometimes I truly feel like playing an electric vla. Hey... maybe if my sister and I dressed in Juicy couture & did what sells so hotly these days, our dreams will come true. Meanwhile I am trying to recall the one performance when the orchestra sounded so ridiculously good. That was with Phila. O presenting Star Wars. I was so excited along with the fantastic bra s s players showing off their chaps. Visited Fred O. to discuss instruments & asked about his on going experience with the Antique R Show. Fred informs me the modern It. vln of mine isn't what I've always thought it was! What lying bastardos and thieves Jacques and his people were.... I can't blame them completely since apparently Koreans are just attracted to blown up sales tactics. Anyway Jacque is now dead so I can't do much about it. I'm selling the instrument after all... Failed to have the baby sleep in his crib for the last month. W. is much too smart for me, he will call out 'mommy?' or 'dada?' through out the night to make sure someone is sleeping next to his majesty. According to the pediatrician, I shouldn't have that full size futon out for him or sit with him while he falls asleep since both will spoil him and he will be expecting the luxury forever. Visited Atlantic City during Thanksgiving vacation instead of cooking a turkey meal. My parents & our little trio checked into Tropicana hotel and found it incredibly refreshing. The rooms were spacious & the ocean view was fantastic. Except for the horrible smoke-indoor-policy through out the casino, everything was very much enjoyable. Lost money at Atlantic City and had a blast while we were at it. Found #1 zagat rated Vietnamese Restaurant in AC. HOLY COW was the food so fresh and clean. It truly was a cheap and the most delicious meal. Oh, there was a transgender man sitting there across from our table smoking, eating and giggling. Then we saw his face on a big Vietnamese arts event poster. I suppose he was a stage singer. I hadn�t been to AC since few years back playing for Natalie C o l e, I couldn�t believe dad remembered the location of this tiny restaurant. Ate Peking duck for Thanksgiving and goofed around the rest of the day. Recorded for W i l l S m i t h�s 2nd album. Fun intro, it sounds like a superhero theme song. Through the whole ordeal I felt lucky to have C. I am so thankful I married my husband. Had a visit from Grampa for the first time. His wife apparently somehow dragged the Grampie out of his Florida house for a very long over due visit to his son AND his new grandson. We ended up having a very nice time sharing and listening to grampie�s old stories. They even helped decorate a gigantic Christmas tree which now stands in the living room. I feel terrible for the tree though. Husband got into a one man car accident/show & ended up with damage worth $3000 on his M3. Correction, let�s make that $8000. He now drives a rental Pontiac. It serves him right. Got everyone a sweater for Christmas. Lastly, I did open a new Saks charge just to splurge on Gucci and Cr�me de la Mer. Apparently C. wanted to get a bag for me for Christmas so I ended up with the small cream worth $115. It is ridiculous to pay that much for a cream but hey, a girl�s gotta try THE Cr�me at some point. Of course, I meant to cancel the membership as soon as the bill was paid off (they offer 10% off for the first day of using your card) but it already looks like I have 5 other items sitting neatly on the statement. Ugh�
